Let's talk TRUNK SHOWS!!!!
“What is a trunk show?” 🤔
It's a chance for us to showcase a designer's newest collection and/or some of their top styles for a short period of time !! When a designer releases a new collection, we usually only add 3—5 styles to our inventory, but there are usually 10-18 new styles in a collection! As a smaller boutique, we just can’t invest in all of them as much as we’d like to.
Trunk shows are great for a few reasons 👇🏻
If there is a designer you've been loving on our social media, you should try to shop during their trunk show to see more of their styles! Visit our designers’ websites to see all of their gowns and determine whose aesthetic you gravitate towards. If you don’t see a trunk show for a designer you love, feel free to send us an email requesting who you’d like to see!
We typically offer a 10% discount on all gowns made by that designer! Our designers value fair pricing and they set the price we use in our store so that you gown is the same price no matter where you find it! A trunk show is one of the only times when we are able to offer our gowns at a lower price, so take advantage of it!
Seeing a bride with the same dress as you is already less likely at The Frock since our designers aren't offered anywhere else in Indiana - but here's an insider tip 🤫 If you choose a trunk show gown that isn’t a part of our inventory, it will be even less likely that other bride's in the area will have your gown since it's only in our shop for a short time!
